Onboarding Process

1. Define Business Goals and Challenges

This initial stage involves collaborating with key stakeholders across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand pain points and desired outcomes, so as to define overall business objectives and challenges to be addressed through analytics.

Discuss to identify and prioritize areas where analytics can provide the most value, such as improving operational efficiency, optimizing marketing strategies, or enhancing customer experience.

Document and sign off on some of the responses to questions like:
    • What are the key performance indicators (KPIs) for your business?
    • Are there areas with recurring problems or inefficiencies?
    • Where can data analysis provide valuable insights?

2. Assess the Data Inventory and Quality

This stage involves reviewing available data sources and their quality all potential data sources within the company. This can include internal data (CRM, ERP, sales data, website analytics) and external data (market research reports, industry trends). This will help setting the sub process of data pre-processing, transformation or formatting.

This may include new algorithm design, new dashboard visuals, data transformation, integration with external tools, apps and devices and cloud computing resources.

Train Users on the deployed system and also use feedback and insights gained from analytics to make data-driven decisions and refine strategies over time.

6. Monitoring, Maintenance Refinements, Custom Development and Deployment

Setup process for continuous remote or onsite monitoring.
